Perhaps the best among them was   Semaj Grier, who  dropped  a double-double on 17 points and 11  rebounds. Those 17 points gave  Grier a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  De'Mya Barrett, who  posted 12  points in addition to six  steals and five  assists.
CREC [Computer Science and Engineering/Academy]'s win  ended  a  four-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 4-1.

CREC [Computer Science and Engineering/Academy] will head out to face Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday, while Metropolitan Learning Center will  host them  at 6:15  p.m.  on January 10th.
